Our company directly researches and purchases all the materials that make up the garment. Usually, a fabric search is carried out with the customer participating in a specific tender. This way, we can guarantee compliance with the specification standards and then have the articles sewn in external workshops. We have invested in our R&D department and production equipment, and we use a CAD system for pattern development, grading and production. Materials are tested against the European standards required by each specification. The main standards we work with are:

Test method for the tensile properties of fabrics: maximum force and elongation at maximum force. We use it to check that fabrics meet the strength values required by military and workwear specifications.
High-visibility clothing, certified under EN ISO 20471, ensures visibility in various conditions. Different classes define visibility levels, with Class 3 being the highest safety class.
Protective clothing meeting EN ISO 11612 standards shields users from heat and flames. CE labels guide users on proper garment combinations for comprehensive protection.
EN 342 certified garments protect against cold weather with thermal insulation and air permeability. The norm focuses on criteria A (thermal insulation) and B (air permeability), with C (water resistance) being optional.
Garments made with antistatic materials and designed to specific requirements, to avoid discharges that could ignite explosive atmospheres. They are effective only as part of a grounded system, for example with antistatic footwear.
Materials are tested with the box test (Class 1 or 2) and/or the open arc method (ATPV/ELIM), to protect against heat, flames and molten metal. Two-piece garments must be worn together, as shown on the CE label.
Camouflage fabrics with controlled near-infrared reflectance, so the pattern stays effective against night-vision devices. Required in many military tenders.

We design and make tents and accessories for emergency and rescue operations. We supply these products to governments and non-governmental organizations running rescue operations for victims of war and natural disasters worldwide, including mainland China. We have recently set up a division that uses modern technology and stringent testing protocols to design and produce products suitable for this critical role. These multifunctional, isothermal, and modular tents can be used as field hospitals and emergency camps thanks to connecting sections.
